About The Role 🤔
Due to an exciting internal promotion, we're seeking a Partner Success Manager to join our Developer Growth team! Distinct from larger enterprise accounts, the Developer Growth team is our version of a Developer Relations and scaled post-sales function. This means success in this function relies less on 1-to-1 conversation and influence but effectively driving 1-to-many programs.
As a crucial member of this team, you will be instrumental in achieving our customer success targets for the scaled tier of customers. These customers are often the first and fastest to adopt our products, providing valuable feedback to our product teams at Immutable. Your role will be key in identifying potential breakout games, guiding developers through the web3 landscape, and representing Immutable as the face of our partnerships with these developers.

You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮

  • Identify, create and execute strategies to mobilise game developers and scale Partner Success best practices
  • Conduct regular assessments of your portfolio of accounts to identify high-potential accounts and assess risks and opportunities
  • Take a portfolio approach to managing a large cohort of customers, with strong disciplines to prioritise where to focus you and the team’s time whilst systematising service processes to be scalable and repeatable
  • Be a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities, trends and risks in web3 gaming that will help games launch, grow and win on Immutable's platform
  • Hold revenue responsibility for the accounts you own
  • Work with Solution Architecture, product and engineering teams to ensure the successful integration of Immutable's products into our partners' games
  • Collaborate cross-functionality, acting as the voice of the customer for internal Immutable teams

We'd Love You To Bring 🤝

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role working on a highly technical product
  • Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure, dynamic environments
  • Proven ability to manage a cohort of customers as a portfolio (ie marketing segmentation, product lifecycle)
  • Strong curiosity and enthusiasm for web3 gaming
  • Willingness to be hands-on and adaptable
  • Technical expertise enabling immediate troubleshooting and customer support. EG: background in computer science, IT, etc.
