Our community growth is only matched by our insane shipping speed having launched three robust consumer-facing and infrastructure projects in less than a year.
At FSL, we have forged a name for ourselves by focusing on our community and product. Since our inception, we have experienced rapid growth, and we are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define business development strategy, take broad concepts to form action plans, and execute them successfully.
- Establish and foster long lasting relationships with customers, partners, and clients.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product.
- Identify customer needs and collaborate with STEPN teammates to ensure customer success.
- Educate customers on the value of STEPN throughout the adoption cycle.
- Communicate and organize/raise issues appropriately including billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries.
Qualifications:
- You are ideally in the STEPN community.
- You are a high performer who's an expert at your craft, constantly challenging the status quo.
- You understand different technologies and architectures at a level needed for efficient business development.
- You have 3-6+ years' experience running business development at a Fitness/B2C/Tech company.
- You are a strategic and out-of-the-box thinker with a broad perspective and proven ability to execute.
- You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking, re-prioritizing projects, and communicating priority updates to stakeholders.
- You are driven by results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks.
- You lead people with influence that comes naturally to you, and you can navigate high-stress situations through a specific and consistent framework.
